Who We Are
Buck Hill Barbecue is a family-owned business operated by cousins Keith Goodier and Tyler McCollum. Keith and Tyler started, like most in the BBQ business, in backyard cookouts for family and friends.
Over the years, Keith, his brothers, and Tyler have been competing to cook the best-tasting food by investing in better equipment, learning new techniques, and experimenting with new ingredients. In the summer of 2023, the planets aligned for Keith and Tyler to take their passion for cooking beyond friendly competition and launch Buck Hill Barbecue.

Both Keith and Tyler have experience in professional and home kitchens, cooking a variety of different cuisines.
Keith is originally from northern Rhode Island (hence the name) and has been cooking barbecue part-time for the past couple of years for a restaurant in Central Mass. He has worked off and on at restaurants over his summers off as a school administrator.
Tyler is from Colorado and started cooking in restaurants as a teenager into his twenties. He has continued honing his cooking skills, focusing on barbecue and southwestern-style cooking out of his home kitchen for family, friends, and coworkers. He is a marketing and communications professional by trade.
